I am most confident about the Commanders management and coaching changes. Bringing on Adam Peters and Dan Quinn immediately changed the Commanders team from one to be avoided to a desirable destination. The coaching staff is nothing short of an all star group. Our success in FA signings is directly attributable to these changes. If our 2024 draft class has a good first year it will also be due to improvements in the staff. My biggest concern is one that you didn't mention and that is the ownership group. There is no question that Josh Harris is a huge improvement over Snyder. However, I'm not yet convinced that he is going to make the financial commitment to retain and attract the top tier talent to make a championship team. Will it be his goal to build to build an average team at a bargain that's just good enough to put fans in the stands? Or does he want to build a championship team? I am apprehensive of the big contract negotiations that are ahead and what commitment he will make.

@@JG-vq6rd He's been building a nice team, and ESPN just rated their trio the best in NBA. Spent bucks keeping players, and spent more bucks getting very good free agents.. I think Harris wants Commanders to be Champs again in his lifetime. You don't get that rich aiming for mediocrity!!

My biggest concerns are the pass protection and pass rush. Those 2 are going to be the difference between being a bottom feeder and a competitive team. I don't want to be last year's Cardinals. They played hard and played physical but they couldn't overcome those 2 flaws.

I'm confident that Bieniemy had too much confidence in Sam Howell and the offensive line and just expected passing to work. Maybe he got too used to having Mahomes at QB, but he just could not get out of his own way to call run plays when we were behind, and we were pretty much *always* playing from behind because of Del Rio's horrible defensive coaching. Of all the problems we saw in 2023, Bieniemy's coaching was the biggest disappointment for me.

Let me say this as a fan that wants to win, let’s be realistic and get behind this team. As a fan base we need to understand patience that some of us will not have but if you love this team must have. Give this regime 2-3 yrs and I think we will become dominant. Dak and Daniel are questionable to return next yr and I need to see Jalen one more yr. Jayden is gonna need time and his fan base on his side. HTTR/ C

Only thing I'm worried about is the offensive mentality....Kliff is a pass first college spread offense....Mike Leech...Hal Mumme garbage that doesn't work in the NFL....his offense is complete garbage...big boy football is non existent....what is the foundation?.... 4 wide gun all day?.... bullshit finesse garbage ass offense...would have loved it so much more if Anthony Lynn was the OC...a West coast offense guy....Kliffs offense is going to struggle because we don't have the line 😂to play that way....just saying...but you will see....just hope Jayden doesn't get banged up bad...because as much as Kliff is going to pass it....I'm praying for Jayden...I'm not a fan of this offense..especially if Kliff hasn't evolved....but he's not a OC who believes in controlling the line of scrimmage....hope I'm wrong...but I have 0 faith in Kliff.

Trust and believe, DQ will have some input on offense. While Kingsbury will have the reigns on offense, this coaching staff seems to have a checks and balance system where everyone will be held accountable!!
