Man that was really cool to take us on a tour behind the scenes of Brew York. To watch and take part in the brewing process must be very fun and interesting too. 😀 Cheers from Germany 😉🍻

Fantastic Video and well worth the watch. Also great to see another female Brewer. This is something I would love to do and shows after why so long on youtube, you still have that pure passion for what you are doing. This is why you are so inspirational for the rest of us. Looking forward to trying this once released.

Great insight into the brewing processes. I didn't realise that much was done manually. Nadia was great

Going off topic a bit, but at 00:02, there is a pallet that is in the racking (on the first level) with a 200 litre barrel on it. I hope it's not full because if it is, that pallet will collapse after a certain amount of time. The racking should really have supporting plates or cross bars built in to it but they haven't used them. In which case they should have put the pallet in breadthways instead of lengthways - that way it wouldn't stick out and the corners would be on the racking itself, taking the load. Instead the load is resting on flimsy bottom backboard slats which very often collapse with heavy weights. Worst case scenario is the front end collapses and the barrel slides off and lands on someone. Or it falls through the rack onto someone working below it. Sorry for rambling on about this, but my profession is warehouse management. I hate to see things like that! And now I'll enjoy the rest of your vid Thanks for yet another upload man !!

I used to like brew York but they seen to perfer keg beer in favour of cask last time I went to the brewery tap it was overpowered by keg
@BrewYork_Wayne Жыл бұрын
That’s not the case, we love cask beer. One of our largest growing products. We have 6 cask beer pouring in our tap room and 2 upstairs in our beer hall. Our beer hall is very keg focused, with 40 different lines. But if casks your thing, just head downstairs to the tap room. We have 4 permanent cask beers and 2-3 new specials every month, including a recent collab with Adnams. Keep your eye out for our limited specials. It’s taken a few years post Covid to recover cask to this position, but cask production is now bigger than ever for us. Hope you pop back soon and get to see for yourself.
@davehammill5783 Жыл бұрын
@@BrewYork_Wayne it must have been the beer hall that I went in as you say only two cask and 40 keg I think it was a keg festival the last time I came and as I don,t drink keg it. Was spoiled on me
