"Then they got a tip off" - most common phrase in these episodes. There would be a great deal of unemployment in law enforcement without rats...
@oldmansportsog25142 жыл бұрын
No not really, they would just send someone in undercover deep to get close. Plus they don't always get a tip off from a rat. They could be listening on the wire and got a tip off that way. To many people watch these shows and movies and think they experts . Lot more to it but a tip isn't always from a "rat" and why call them that? El Rukin a gang, that's straight evil, lied so many people, so many people had family killed by them and you calling people who call in a tip a rat? I call them a hero

The truth is the govt knew the gang was strong, but could not legally take them down because the gang was meticulous in covering all trails and angles. The terrorist connection was made up to give the authorities the necessary power to invade their privacy and violate their constitution rights to the point of taking them down regardless, additionally fabricating charges and what not to make cases stick. There was a raid which killed several lower level gang members, but wasn't reported in this video. A few of those killed were not even aware they worked for a gang, but were contracted to do civilian duties, unrelated to gang activity(business deals involving locks and hammers if I can recall)

in 86 the phones were listened to locally, and randomly done. The idea of the taps was to not only record them, but to locate the location of the calls- both requiring bulky equipment not suited in a prison. Also, the feds won't risk a compromised prison guard from tipping off the gang leader, so remote surveillance was the safer option.

These were the black P stones and when fort went to prison he become a Muslim and changed name and direction of gang
@TheDukeOfDallas2 жыл бұрын
You're right, before that The Stones were involved in different things but once Fort got out he changed their name. Then pushed a new narrative that they were strictly there to help their community, which they did do some of that, but also sold drugs to that same community complicating things quite a bit. Fort went a little crazy with his whole Prophet thing..

Perfect example, I lived in the city, 115th and Union, but better than that, had two close relatives that worked for U of C. So where did you hear that U pf C was behind it all and which years are you talking about. You picked the right one with me.
