Poor Leslie. What she went through was like something out of a horror movie.

All the victims were needlessly killed by that monster, but my heart particularly hurts for poor Leslie Whittle. She underwent pure torture. I was a teenager when this happened and I have often thought of her suffering terrified and alone in that underground hellhole while I was happily living my life. I hope that monster suffered in jail.

It's a fascinating case. Chilling to behold how little he cared about human life in general. Thanks a lot for the upload. 👍🏻

Probably how much publicity it gets… which is usually due to money or status in society. Super messed up considering any kidnapping is tragic and should be considered a major offense. I have full custody of my daughter, just because someone is related to a child does NOT make it minor. The only ‘good’ that can come from a major/highly covered kidnapping is new laws, hopefully putting creeps in jail, and hopefully some change in how it’s dealt with. If none of them were considered minor, and everyone who kidnapped someone got life or worse… well who knows maybe kids could even play outside again like we got to 💔

Bit too much emphasis put on his stature, I reckon. Plenty of short men out there not killing people!

Exactly.. Same for men with overbearing mothers or abusive fathers. We always make excuses for sick SOBs. Tons of ppl have had horrible childhoods & don't turn out to be sadistic killers.

So called “small man syndrome” seems to be more emphasis in the UK, where we barely consider this a factor in the US at all. I don’t know if it’s real (a cultural emphasis that becomes real) or just something blamed. Most short men don’t end up with Napoleon syndrome-they’re perfectly secure and without anger issues.

There are so many subhumans on this earth...And still after a monster like him gets cought, he (they) will not get DP, incomprehensible to me. Btw break ins / home invasions should be punished much harsher too, cz. often they go very wrong and leave innocent victims behind. The law certaily is on the side of the criminals.

Invariably, when they say things like that, it’s an exaggeration to try to add emphasis to the crime. They’re trying to explain that the crime had a great cultural relevance, but miss the mark.

The belief that immigrants get what citizens have to work for generations is a world wide belief, true or not. It is actually a consequence of population. The solution is political and not violence. The solution is understanding for both the native and immigrants.

Could the nickname be leads to international connections as the Black Panthers of Chicago by signs as the black neighborhood would be too dangerous during the 60s into the 70s for a mailman or utility worker to feel safe in to do the daily work? (And note, the recruiting of the foreign legends in the US up front quickly state the the enlistments means you might have to go through several fights with your copartners for the type of people wanting to go to other countries to assist with legal support.)
