Atty. We bought a water oump from citti hardware and upon installarion of the pump we found it defective and returned it, it was accepted but their policy of no refund is being enforce and wanted us just have it change with another item which we do not approve off because the money is intended for the water pump which we need in the house.. is rhe no refund policy legal and enforceable by the vendor?
