Great video! I think you guys are slightly misinformed about the Lewis hate. He is actually one of the most respected and loved drivers ever (by f1 fans, drivers, fans of other drivers, and even outsiders who don't know much about f1). Most of "hate" is targeted to his overprotective superfans that are often disrespectful to others.

Lewis has grown up a lot during the years. He was at first a bit untrustworthy, so eager to prove that he is the greatest while suffering from good old anxiety when in front of the press that he was not at all easy to like. But he matured greatly and became a real champion. To Lewis it matters how he wins, not just that he wins. And of course Max superfans conflict the most with LH superfans: both are delusional.

there is one thing you have to understand there are two philosophies in F1 teams a) driver number 1 and driver 2 the first driver is the leader and everything is predetermined for him, the second driver is the backup if something happens to the first driver the first gets the best parts, the best support, the second driver is the backup b) equal rights teams like McLaren and Mercedes can have two drivers without deciding who is the "main" anything is allowed both cars are equally supported by the team, both drivers have teams competing to build the best car each philosophy has its pros and cons

The FIA was formed in 1904 as a motoring organisation, as it is now. There was a World Manufacturers' Championship from 1925 to 1930, tough the championship was only awarded from 1925 to 1927. The championship consisted of 3 or 4 European races plus the Indy 500. That was replaced by the European Drivers' Championship which ran from 1931 to 1932, and then from 1935 until the start of WW2. Mercedes-Benz dominated from 1935. F1 regulations were introduced in 1947, and the F1 World Championship started in 1950.

The most morbid thing about these fatal accidents in early years of the sport is that when most of them happened, the race wasn't even stopped, everyone just kept racing It was done for 2 reasons : 1. people were desensitized after WW II, so nobody really cared that much that someone just died 2. it was done to prevent mass panic and even more injured/dead Senna, the legendary driver who had a relationship with 15 year old girl, is the same one from the previous video, also it was legal, because they were Brazilian and the laws are different depending on the country People who hate Hamilton actually come from 4 groups : - one that actually hates him, because the rest are mostly making fun or memes about him - one that is just furious that he wins everything (but it's gone now because after 2021 he barely won any race and wasn't in the title fight anymore) - one that hates how politically active he is because they don't agree with what he is preaching, mainly because he is a hypocrite most of the time - and one that just makes fun of how whiny he is on the radio during a race, these ones hate him the least and 99% of them are just making memes about him, some of them are even Hamilton's fans

Don't forget the ones who hate him for the lies he told about how motor racing was a way to escape the slums when everyone knows he was from a hard working family, from a pretty decent area, with enough money to pay for him to go karting. Nobody in the slums can afford to play Mario Kart let alone real karting! Oh and the ones who hate how disloyal he was to McLaren who were basically responsible for his entire racing career from the age of 11 when he signed that contract with them and then he walked out on them just because their latest car wasn't winning and he doesn't have the talent to develop a race winning car the way Michael Schumacher did and he's done exactly the same thing with Mercedes and he'll do it with Ferrari. He is just another example of a good driver can only win in a great car, like Mansell, but a great driver can win in any car, like Senna and Schumacher.

You guys should watch the movie about the 1976 season and the Hunt - Lauda title fight. Its called "Rush" from 2013, with Daniel Brühl (known from Inglorious Basterds) as Lauda and Hemsworth (Thor) as Hunt. One of the best racing movies ever made with a banger soundtrack and an outstanding performance from Brühl. He actually spent some time preparing for the role with Niki Lauda himself and perfectly matches the tone and cadence of his accent in the movie. They even used some original cars for filming and if you have a keen eye you might spot a Tyrrell P34, the famous 6 wheeled F1 car. Dont know if youre interested in reacting to a 2h movie, but its a perfect introduction to a legendary title fight and the dangers of F1 50 years ago.

My F1 era was the 80s, which is still the best era in the entire history of motor racing, because not only did it have the most powerful F1 cars in the guise of the turbo powered ones, but they were also the best looking with some of the most iconic liveries ever! Throw in the incredibly fast and gorgeous looking Group C Le Mans 24 Hour cars, the Group B rally monsters and the 500cc Grand Prix bikes which were for some reason dominated by the most incredible American riders ever, and you have my reason for making such a bold statement! Oh btw, NASCAR and Indycar were pretty good back then too lol.

people's hate towards hamilton especially now days feels silly cuz lewis doesn't even do anything to bring that hate, 2021 would always be debated and now almost every pundit and past racers admitting that lewis should've won that year it makes sense why people would be hung up over it, most hate is almost bcz of the fanbases too, but imo most hate towards him is stupid and doesn't make sense at all especially when asked for the reason most haters never really have any solid reason to hate on him they hate he's very outspoken about world issues so that's that

Schumacher was ahead of Hill by one point in 1994s finale, so when Schumacher made a mistake that would definitly end his race with Hill closing in behind, many don't buy that Schumacher didn't intentionally try to wreck Hill, even if he DID have a damaged car that would have been nearly undriveable after he impacted the wall... The organizers decided to rule on the side of Schumacher just not having a driveable car, and that the contact wasn't intentiona but a result of the accidentl...

(TLDR: Lewis fan here since 2007. There is a lot of hate out there for Hamilton and TeamLH - tbh very undeserved - when there are far worse fanbases in F1 that somehow don't get NEAR the amount of criticism necessary for their behaviour.) As a Lewis fan since 2007, Lewis and TeamLH as fans have received a TON of undeserved hate over the years - and most of it is from Alonso or Max fans that discredit every single achievement Lewis has, with double standards out of the roof for their own favourite drivers. But it also comes from ex-drivers eg. Nelson Piquet, Massa, and the F1 media and British tabloids that publish rage-bait against Lewis all the time. Most of TeamLH are less active on social media partly because of how wildly toxic people are to us for the smallest of differences. And I feel it is a shame to be be discouraged from participating in the F1 community because of the hate and abuse we get simply for existing as fans. I have developed a thick skin from it but I wish TeamLH as a whole didn't have to become callused to just survive. Most of the time Lewis fans are just so *tired* for having to defend Lewis constantly from daily attacks on his person, his character and his abilities and achievements or outright racism against him or us as a fanbase. (Personally I have been called "n*gger-lover" by Max fans who proceeded to call me "CultLH" and other swear words, by Spanish Alonso fans I got spammed toxic imagery of Lewis as a baby crying, of Lewis as George Floyd with the cop on his neck, there are videos of LH merch stolen and publicly burned by Max fans in the Austrian GP etc. etc. etc.) Can you really blame us for getting annoyed? TeamLH can be seen as disrespectful to others in isolation - but people don't realise it's most likely IN RESPONSE to provocations that are usually in orders of magnitude worse towards TeamLH in the first place! I am personally sick and tired of the double standards of people shouting "British Bias" or "CultLH" at me simply because I support Lewis and have morals when it comes to behaviour on and off track - and yet the fanbase of Max or Alonso gets a free pass for saying shit day in and day out about other fanbases, e.g. attacking Lando Norris fans, George Russell fans, Lewis Hamilton fans, Esteban Ocon fans etc. just because they had an incident with Max or disagreed with him on a topic in any way. Please take my comment as an observation over the decades. There are bad apples in every fanbase, and of course that applies to TeamLH as well. But the hate TeamLH takes from others in my opinion is vastly disproportional to any hate TeamLH has actually given and I believe the most toxic fans in the F1 community are rather the Orange Army (Max fans) and Spanish Alonso fans in particular. Peace and love, Diana💜
