When they got Stafford, they wanted someone who could throw the long bomb. After the inhury-plagued 2022 season, they worked on the running game, and got that going, primarily on the back of Kyren Williams. They're doubling down on that this year with Blake Corum.. With that in mind, they no longer need the long bomb except maybe in 2-minute drills. I'm thinking that McVay would be happy to use Jimmy G in future years if contract talks don't work out with Stafford.

They revamped the d line and the depth + youth is going to be a huge factor. We have better edge rushers and not to mention Kobe Turner, fiske, and brown on that d line. They’re going to be really good
