The moment you start obsessing with someone and you can't focus on your goals and career, you are the one who lost no matter what others think. Eminem and LL both won and maybe Canibus was better lyrically or maybe not, but the fact he was obsessing himself over his beefs was his demise. Eminem also went insane on beefs, hell Pac went insane on Biggie but they never obsessed themselves, they had the diss track and kept evolving and furthering their careers, while Canibus obsession with LL was way too much and he ended his career alone .

But, my assessment on them weaving him out of the industry, was the fact that he was a problem to LL at the time & LL was at the height of his career when he went Hollywood & he had some big time people backing him with a lot of money, so to me Canibus was time enough for him, when it came to battling. I also believe that Canibus didn't know how to go in the right direction, when it came to making album's, which also hurt his career. But, as far as him & Em's battle, I do agree with you on that one though.
