Do you agree with my expectations? 🤔 Thanks for watching :)

Really great video, it has good writing and editing, and you made a great point in the video. Something you could do to get even better videos and results would be getting a better mic cause (at least for me) it sounds strange, like it's echoing or something, or maybe just mess with the configurations of your mic idk. Nevertheless, this video is great and underrated, you deserve the world man, good luck

Really appreciate that thank you so much. Yes a mic is a must have I absolutely agree there's a mixture of dogs barking, people talking and just random noises in the background of my videos half the time lol. Thank again

Good video(editing pacing thumb nail and title) had no clue it was a low view count video (I normally avoid). With the weights I would have done percentages of body weight as that is normally more coralative. Keep up the good work

For bragging reasons. 235k Aud 2023 (6days/wk 14hrs days) 176cm 70kg 13% 25 2x20kg flys, squ 90kg, dl 100kg I sometimes still feel like a looser so… do with this what you will Find your purpose in the lord (יהוה) and you will be fulfilled.

Good video, but your gym weights 'expectations' are really misleading, since they vary a ton with height and overall shape of the body. I go alone to the gym, so I do not have a spotter for my bench press, and I have a herniated disc, so I do not do deadlifts, and my squats are rather light. Still, I have a muscular body, since I do other, safer, exercises.

@@ayala157 The weights I have set are, I believe, achievable for the average, fully capable lifter. Your circumstances are obviously unique and other people's will be the same, making some of their heavy compound lifts unusually lighter than their others. I respect I should've accounted for this and there are multiple factors impacting the weights that the average young man can lift. Thank you for your comment and feedback.

Gen Z is just figuring this out? Lol. Millennials have been knowing this for years.

I'd have to look at the data for millennials but I don't think they are doing much better to be honest. Obesity rates, inactivity, loneliness, unemployment/low salaries etc seem to be affecting a lot of people between 18-45. And a lot of people regardless of age.
