After watching 100s of videos from Fit Tuber , Luke Coutinho , Rujuta Diwekar , Beer Biceps I finally found a video which is so clear and give all tips and tricks to not only start working out but how to keep going enthusiastically. Somethings which helped me, i used to hate working out still do trying to like it and make time for it. Initially what i did i gave myself 1 week. In this 1 week i will take proper vitamins proper diet no junk and will go for a walk for 45 mints only. After that 1 week i felt energetic and relaxed and good. Which gave me push to try working out. Hope it helps ♥️

1:20 into the video, and I can already relate to this soo much rather than having the mindset to make the next day better, I tend to weep coz I failed at it on a single day its such a destructive mindset

I make travel videos for which I require myself to stay healthy and need lots of energies, keep myself open for changes of climate... This requires a motivation for falling in love for my work... For me, you need to know what it takes to maintain your primary love and doind secondary things to maintain it.

The most difficult thing in solo backpacking for me is making conversations with people in hostels. How do you suggest I get rid of this anxiety? I have little issue if it's just one person and he/she initiated the conversation, but if it's a group I just find it very difficult and get very anxious. Please give any tips you have on how to deal with this.
