Somethings which helped me, i used to hate working out still do trying to like it and make time for it. Initially what i did i gave myself 1 week. In this 1 week i will take proper vitamins proper diet no junk and will go for a walk for 45 mints only. After that 1 week i felt energetic and relaxed and good. Which gave me push to try working out. Hope it helps ♥️
