Cheers for this, I have been researching "iron man costume metal" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Xenacob Heyndrew Guide - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

Keep improving on it, there’s still a lot of potential. If he did it all on his own--figuring out how to fit each piece to his body, than doing the coloring and texture work. It takes a lot of skill. This guy could get a job in Hollywood. I really think he should try.

as with many ironman cosplay suits.. head-to-body ratio is off.. helmet needs to be tighter on the head.. but over all.. your mk7 is awesome looking plus the mechanics are a plus

metal tech and sliding armature will allow iron man's protection and strength overpowered ion propulsion will allow flight like iron man all we need is a power source maybe not a reactor - maybe a really capable battery. But iron man's tech is possible in real life

Anyone noticed that in every single moves the suit functions...... Eg: when he moved his leg forward that time the suit functioned. Otherwise it can be functioned by standing straight....
