I love how you explain the growth of the zoo and have a whole kind of history of the zoo outlined for yourself. I think it makes the space make sense and feel more realistic. Geekism does really well too, and it makes you both stand out with your story telling and building.

I love how the penguin habitat turned out. My favourite part is actually the "remnants" of the oldest part of the enclosure. I've got a weakness for stuff like that in real life, where you can see traces of some past reality. (Especially in and around water, for some reason.) Incidentally, the "story" for my African Penguin habitat in my first zoo was that it had been expanded or refurbished several times. Truth is, it was, because it gained new parts as I learned how to even build. x)

The Toledo Zoo had some beautiful Spanish colonial revival style architecture from the 1920s and WPA buildings from the1930s. If you need inspiration for a restaurant, check out how they repurposed the Carnivora building into a food court called the Carnivore Cafe. People were able to eat in the old cages that once held lions, tigers, bears, and primates.

Love the Toledo Zoo! Expecially the renevated science museum which houses the insect and some repitle collections. The aquarium there is also a good source of inspiration of modern renevation of an older building.

In the krefelder Zoo you can cuddle penguins, if you are brave enough and if you come from behind. Last time i was there, there was this 4 year old girl, which cuddled every penguin she could reach on the bridge. The penguins didn´t look amused. What i really love is the penguin habbitat in the wuppertal zoo. it has a tunnel. And it´s amazing to the the penguins swim over your head.

I have a idea to make, in a dutch zoo (apenheul) you have a gorrila feeding show to learn guest more about gorilla's its really cool. So maybe you can build that! (keep up the good work!)

I have a tip to make your city zoo feel a bit more dutch (because its in venlo), use less concrete paths. Its actually very uncommon to find concrete paths jn zoo's/theme parks. Brick paths are qay more common, especially for city zoos

Yeah, that will be the case for the old parts :) it's part of the story, the desert house is super new, but the rest will be a contrast

19:03 could be a hummingbird-class submarine 🤔... And I maybe have an idea for an episode in the future...as Venlo is potentially located in a very flat region (like most of the Netherlands), it would definitely need some kind of water tower. Maybe there could be an old, tall water tower with a viewing platform on the upper floor (from where you could have a look across the entire zoo and the surrounding areas). So to speak, that the water tower was decommissioned and replaced due to its old age and (as it is a listed building) was converted into an observation tower. As you realisticly would need some kind of water supply for these large water areas (which can store a lot of water).

Das einzige was mir nicht ganz gefällt, ist der Müllcontainer. Dieser ist völlig nutzlos, weil dieser da hinten nie wieder rauskommt, kein LKW kann diesen je dort abholen, hier wären 2 große Mülltonnen wohl besser. Ansonsten natürlich wieder ERSTKLASSIGE Arbeit.

Sometimes i get ideas to play PZ, but then i watch videos on YT like yours and im getting demotivated because what you do is so beautiful and i cannot accomplish that T_T I have 600h of gameplay and only one small finished South american zoo (with like the in game buildings) and like 4 other zoos that i abandonned and i would love so much to be able to do such beautiful zoos like you T___T How to achieve that ?
