I think it's a pun. A play on words sort of. In other words are you a cop because if you're a cop you have to tell me, is an old saying people thought was true. It may have used to be many years ago but isn't anymore. But there's so many videos of prostitutes and drug dealers and well people that break the law. And they constantly ask, are you a cop because you have to tell me if you are.

I've shared this vid with many friends who have chronic medical conditions, I have one too. We spend an inordinate amount of time with seemingly nonsensical questions from doctors and specialists. Ooooh, video idea: It's called, like, "Realistic Tudor Exam [Reuploaded]" or something--and the beginning's the same, but when he gets to the "remember five words" bit he goes off-script: "How... how did you know the words I was going to say? Has... have you... been to my clinic before? No, that can't be, I use a fresh list of words each time... Have you... *been* to my clinic before...?" And then it turns into a time traveler test of some kind, because I'm convinced that this man is a Time Lord 😂
