They don't usually show this part of a real CNE in KZbin CNE ASMR, but I've had 2 real ones done before by doctors and they both had me do these things (among othrr tasks like push/pull against them, etc). If you look up the Dr. James Kelly CNE video you can see an example!

I am a new subscriber, and I have quite quickly become obsessed with this character! I believe I have now seen all three that he is featured in, but I don’t think it was in chronological order. No matter! You have done a masterful job of taking the rather stale ASMR genre of the cranial nerve exam and reinterpreting it in wonderfully comic ways. All of the standard tropes are there. But the opening paperwork with Nurse Ratched of “Cuckoo’s Nest” fame serving as the witness for the good doctor’s indemnity clause was priceless! Later on when it is revealed that this whole appointment was to test the patient for insanity, all of this becomes all the more hilarious! I also love those moments when the doctor literally lunges at the camera (us!) with that bizarre metal contraption, that I believe is used in ASMR videos from “our times!” Those moments when the doctor punches a hole in the fourth wall and acknowledges that he is but a character in a historical ASMR video had me laughing out loud! Anyway, I could go on and on about the various moments that I loved, but I hope you get the idea! This is some truly first rate work. And your writing and acting talents are particularly marvelous. I look forward to whatever comes next!! 🕊😳❤️👁🙏😱
