I do a progurt bowl but I do 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 yogurt, 1 tbs of super seeds (chia, flax, hemp) and 1 scoop of protein powder. So good! I’ve been topping mine this week with granola and pomegranate arils! 🫶🏻💖✨

Hi , I was wondering why in the weight watchers app the premier protein whey chocolate powder is coming up 3 points for the serving when it use to be 2 points . The premier protein premade shakes are still 2 points. I have an older container of the premier protein powder and a new one and from what I can see all the nutrition information is the same.has any one else had this happen or know why the premier protein whey chocolate powder is now 3 points when it use to be 2 points and the premade shakes are still 2 points. The premade ones are also the same nutrition info as the powder. Thanks for any information. Love you videos!

Thanks so much. Did you compare the serving size?. i do know premier has different sizes in their shakes. Did you put it in manually to see points? When all else fails i ask in the ww app in chat and see what they say. Could be error
