hey tracy! just wanned to give a lil suggestion regarding low iron/blacking out thing. I think you should just try to incorporate eating more food or just more frequent meals since from what we saw you eat max twice a day. your meals are all veryyy healthy and nutritious tho!!! 😍but with only two meals it is fairly hard to get in all the nutrition/energy you need! xx🐇
