I never put o-rings on my Senkos. I never liked the parallel hook presentation. Watched your video last night, and learned how to use a hair band to get a perpendicular presentation, and get more uses from my worms! Ran to Walmart this morning and picked up 250 hair bands and now I’m set for life! Thanks for the great tip!

Thanks for mentioning you don't have to use a weedless hook unless you're fishing in areas where there are places to really get hung up. The conditions at my pond allow me to fish a regular hook all the time.

I love them Yamamoto’s. Biggest downfall is they break easy. The thing that I find with them is that the fish rarely put them down after they pick them up due to the salt content. The extra salt is also what makes them not as durable.... what would you rather have is the question

I'd say you're luck has a little more to do with the bite getting better post rain than the bait you're using. I find stick bait to be very hit or miss. It is very effective when sight fishing, though. Keep on making your vids, love the hair tie trick!

the casting distance with a weightless Yamamoto is second to none, in my experience. however, the durability is horrible. it's a love hate kinda thing. I do best with the plum w/emerald flake color, down here in central Florida.
