I don't have a place like that for bluegill but do have one like that for crappie that's active for about 4 weeks here every spring. Terribly disappointed that I am not well enough to get out to it this spring. Hope to be healthy by mid to late summer. Great watching you fish. It's the next best thing. Thanks Alex. 😊 🎣🚣♀️👵🤠🙃

Nice Double up while showing off the first one. That bait just keeps on catching them. Yor story of being 8 years old fishing right off the dock reminded me of fishing with my grandpa when I was 8-10 years old. 1 foot off the dock catching small pan fish. A lot of people new to fishing(myself included) make the mistake of casting too far away when the fish are right in front of you and tucked up close to the bank.

Nice outing. I was able to get a few bass Sunday afternoon even in windy conditions. Was a little warmer then the morning…great job. Love those big bluegill. Never get tired of catching those

Wow, Alex. Another great video!! Those were some nice tall blue gills, then to get that bite while your pole was on the dock!! Just got back from Tennessee due to a family emergency but once everything was settled and hashed out I still made it to academy sports first time there and ever got me a H20 Legacy 7ft Rod now back in Michigan time to figure what Baitcaster to set it up on. The best part I was prepared to spend $50 plus on a H20 Rod it was a steal for $19.99.

I've had instances where I would reel in a bluegill from a dock, while my rod is down on the ground and the bait still in the water and catching another bluegill. Pretty fun lol
