I don't find Jess vindictive whatsoever. It was very clear to me that she's extremely mature and holds herself like a Queen who refuses to be manipulated. She's logical, very genuine and funny too. I really dislike manipulative dramatic ppl tho. I also remember how empathetic and comforting she was to ALL the girls until she just couldn't because Harriet wasn't liking the fact that Jess wouldn't allow herself to be manipulated by her. I also remember the scenes of her comforting Harriet how many times.
