Metaverse might take a toll on reality indeed. It feels like it will be a step towards simulation. VR and AR might actually change the value we hold towards reality. It's crazy how technology can replace reality lol. It is creepy tbh. Metaverse will be that virtual world which we think might be ideal but may end up causing trouble. Feels like simulation theory is true (I believed it back too tho). Connecting the dots it all makes sense.

i think its 4D people controlling us 3D people, just like we 3D people play 2D games on a PC but we cant see or play 3D games coz we cant see it. We are able to differentiate 3D becoz of light but we dont actually see it, Its just the lighter and the darker part of the object which give its a depth
