Yes bro now a days college freshers are paying taxes equal to salaries of many middle age people😅.I mean even in PSU sectors also your yearly tax comes up to around 2.5-3L/y and it really really hurts😕.so after MBA you may need paying taxes equal to some of your graduation batchmates salaries😂.

Hey, I don't know about isops; even google doesn't give me any answer. Esop contribution are on you; generally, the companies match as much you pay (upto the amount mentioned in CTC over year) or offer some discount. You don't get that money as cash.

Depends, some companies give full amount. However in some companies you will have to submit bills as proof to claim the amount.
