Don't rely on KZbinrs Course. It's better to get Certification course from Intellipaat, Simpli learn, Upgrad, Skillovilla, Skill Academy etc...for sure u will get placed. These companies provide really good placement assistance.

ham 2024 passouts wale kya kre bhai. tier one me bhi haal bura hai. jinka ho gya unke maze hai they got easily 20+ package and jinka nhi hua unka 10 lakh ka bhi mil jaye to bahut badi baat hogi. jyada selective hone ke chakkar me rhe gaya. Loan bhi bharni hai job bhi nhi lagi. sab fucked up ho gaya. Aur ek baat dsa overhyped hai. jinka bhi hua sabka cgpa mostly 8+ tha. sirf basics dsa puche priority is always cgpa in most of the companies.Mera dsa almost class ke top 5 students me tha but cgpa kam hone se rhe gya. 2 baar hr round me bhi reject ho gya.

Even I am also facing the same I fall in the trap of DSA 2 saal college ke waste kar diye leetcode , codechef, codeforces me abhi tak jitne interviews diye hardly koii tough lvl ke dsa poochta hain all I know is that development karni chaiye thi aur jab yeh sab realise hua tab tak bahut late hogaya . But then i given almost 1.5years on development made project and guess what at the end hardly any fresher hiring all they want Experince of 1 year bc kaha see laaye experience jab fresher ko hire hi nii karna hamare college me 1 bhi company nii aayi ... kare toh kare kya sala bekar hain sab kuch.

This is the actual truth youre telling. If someone dont have a hands on experience and don't deployed any project. They will not able to placed. Im good in DSA but Im lacking in projects that is the main reason people are not able to grab the job including me. So guys, if you're unplaced like me don't get demotivated switch off the all the notications and start gaining skill. Bcz applying again and again without having good Resume(dont have good project) just give you a frustration. Meanline if you want to earn money you can do BPO job as part time.

i have 5+ years of experience as a dotnet developer. I am working in a good MNC and growing in my career earning 22 LPA. So its a sincere request to the freshers don't focus on the hard things first, rather learn a language frontend or backend, try to make a sample project and start applying. Even your basics would help you take a job. If you want to go to FAANG you can always learn DSA and system design staying in a job.

It doesn't look good currently. Hearing from people not getting calls, also not hiring freshers, asking for experience etc. Very overcrowded because of course sellers with everyone having projects etc. Too much competition. Don't know what's going to happen.

Age 28 ke above hai , aur core branch se IT switch karne ka soch rahe ho toh mat karo. Bekar fasoge. LLB kar lo ya finance kar lo waha kuch toh milega , IT mein 2022 se halat kharaab hai

Meh 2024 passout hu aur civil engineering branch se hu ..Moreover I am an Nitian... Pichle 3 saal se ragarke DSA aur web dev karne ke badh bhi IT me placement nahi laga. IT company aah hi nahi rahi hain clg me aur agar aah Rahi ha toh 1-2 ko leke jah rahi hain..After that I had to settle down with a core job which I never wanted nor did I work for it..Agar top notch clg me esi halat hai toh private aur baki clg o ka kya hal hoga?.. CGPA toh chhodo, I don't even have a relevant degree. I graduated with a BA degree last year and was trying for govt exams but I did not qualify for any. I was scared of just appearing for govt exams year after year while not learning any real life skills that can get me employed. It was the whole reason why I started studying web development instead. I do enjoy what I'm learning and I want a career in tech but I am feeling so discouraged and depressed reading the comments, I don't know what to do with myself. Now I'm a 23yo with 0 work experience. I feel like I have no shot at a decent life anymore.

I'm from non tech background started coding from last year thought I'll be placed in a decent company, at initial stage I enrolled on course DSA placement for preparation, frontend or backend sikha socha vah sikhane ke bad job lag jayegi fir jab market ka halat pata chala ki yahan to tech background walon Ko bhi job nahin lag raha hai NIT wale ghoom rahe hain raste per to main to non tech hun vah bhi fresher without any experience. Financially weak hoon ghar ke halat bhi Sahi nahin Hai totally frustrated ho chuka hun aur abhi market kab sudhrega kab niti koi guarantee nahin Hai isiliye Maine decide Kiya Hai non tech mein apply karu because I don't have any other options bahut patience dikhaya bahut wait Kiya market theek ho jaega market theek ho jaega lekin kuchh theek nahin ho raha hai aise kab tak ghar mein baitha rahunga to Abhi decide Kiya non tech join karu aur koi rasta nahin dikh raha mujhe.

Most devs can’t make a stable CRUD app thats the reality. Too much mediocrity and bhed chal. I agree with layoffs, it’s terrible and it happens out of nowhere and your skills won’t save you. My advice is, learn fundamentals and learn in demand tech, always be job ready if layoffs happen and please save and invest money. You don’t need huge amount to live a good life in india so save and spend wisely always.
