Sir, I have 45 months of work-ex (GEM, low salary). Left job in Sept. Scored NMAT-226, XAT-21.35 marks. Should I go to colgs like GIM, IMI, GLIM C, TAPMI, IRMA (Assuming I get a call and convert those)? Or should I find a job again and give CAT/XAT one more time and try for Tier-1? Or should I go back to job and try for ISB/Executive MBA after 1 or 2 years. What can be the right thing? I'm totally confused, need help!

I would have gone to a job and given 1 more try to CAT/xat/snap/NMAT etc. As you have scored decent in NMAT, you have that knack of aptitude. So get back to a job and don't leave it till you get a good college. Your Executive MBA option also opens if you are continuing the job. In short, get a job and try once more.
