It is very common to work voluntary in Canada, it's called voluntary Co-op jobs to get the so called "Canadian Experience" in your resume. I did 3 months voluntary work in a reputed firm in Accounts payable Dept to get this experience, and after that I got a contract job in AP prior to that nobody was giving me jobs stating that you lack Canadian experience. It was so frustrating to hear that in interviews and I was like obviously I don't have Canadian experience cause I am a new landed immigrant. Anyways now after 18 years in Canada all those experience and hardwork has paid off.

I got my Canada study visa with 4 years gap after 12th for sep 2022 intake (ppr july 2022) applied april through sds(ielts 7).I had 4 years gap between my 12th and bachelors.I got a work experience from a reputed IT company which I paid some money for and they provided me with 10 documents for work experience (joining letter, salory slips, exp letter..etc).I justified my work experience in my SOP and got the visa.Cheers guys you all can come to canada.

Had you worked this hard in India, I am sure you would have not lost 3 kgs of weight and would be better off in life.🤔, any way good luck and work hard, enjoy life as it comes. God Bless.

I always find challenges very amazing to take. I have loved the time I spent here in Canada, it have taught me lot's of things, which I believe I would have never learnt in my comfort zone.

It depends on the person doing what kind of work, also this is just a temporary phase a student goes through till they complete their studies, after that their lifestyle becomes a lot better with increased hours. Do keep in mind in India you pay a very hefty fee for medicals and also for kids schooling, which is totally free in Canada, 2 of biggest advantages against few compromises.

@@adarshsingh845 every year thousands of students pass out their degrees, if they all can do it anybody can. They all have worked within the limited hours, studied, and pass out their degrees from Universities. Fyi, a student is only allowed 20 hours a week, the reason being you have attend uni and study as well. Agar koi padh hi paata to koi jaata hi nahi in the first place

I am sure you worked for Indian, that's the reason they didn't pay you for training. It is a rule in anywhere abroad that once the clock starts, you will get paid. I know this happens in US as well. But a good conversation.

I thought he said he worked for Canada post but agree you should be getting paid during training so that part makes no sense.
