I get hives when I eat chocolate too,one time I had to go to emergency room in the middle of the night you need to track everything you ate that day so you can prevent it from happening next time.I get hives here and there I take over the counter medicine with antihistamine like Allegra or Benadryl.

@@sesiialem9145 easier said than done. It’s almost impossible not to itch. But yeah it’s best to keep some type of allergy medication in the house just in case. I always do

You might have allergies, you have to be very careful and avoid eating what you think causing it, you did say, you have reacted like this once before, that means your antibodies are over active and release histamine causing you to itchiness. It will be aggravated every time you have whatever you had to cause the itchiness, if you don’t find out what is the cause of it, it might cause a severe allergic reaction (Anaphylaxis ) usually develops suddenly and gets worse very quickly. Anaphylaxis is a medical emergency and It can be very serious if not treated quickly, if I where are you, I will pursued a medical advice. I have allergies and a carry EpiPen ( adrenaline), and also I’m a qualified pharmacologist, so I know what I’m talking about. I couldn’t just watch your KZbin and not commenting on this. Hopefully it’s nothing serious, but seek advice from medical professional.
