Significantly more noospheric nutrition per minute than I am used to on this medium. I’m particularly interested in the ways the old angelic hierarchies of mystical theology can be revitalized in a metamodern way as a means of participating again in the moral dimension of cosmogenesis. Non-equilibrium thermodynamics is certainly a better account of physical creativity. But it tells us very little about the way astrophysical facts may simultaneously be the moral acts of intelligences vaster than our own.

When I set out to "do permaculture" 19 years ago, I aimed to produce as much food as possible: a quantifiable, material goal. 23-year-old-me had no* idea* that the biggest yield from my forest garden would be a complete "reorientation" in (as) the world. As Fukuoka says: "The purpose of farming is not the cultivation of food, but the cultivation and perfection of human beings." The "no-thingness" of reality unveiled itself through the day-in-day-out catchment of rainfall, propagation of trees, and growth of soil. I am a feature of process, nothing more, nothing less. I would have laughed if someone told me that 20 years ago.

This series resonates well with my ongoing dialogue with AI on fleshing out the practitioners of my mandala generation system called Agromancy. They will be called technomystics, and will head a project called GERM, the Global Ecological Resilience Movement, through a mystery school called the Seedbed Institute. This institute would train eight types of specialists to be active agents in fostering ecological resilience.

Wow, would be great to get that opening recap in text form so I can read through it more carefully. Is it available anywhere? It's very impressive, and quite dense to parse in depth at such speed! Is this becoming a book? It could be a great one from you both.

Maybe Layman could share it as a Substack post

this is all interesting but a bit amorphous (but I guess that is part of the point). for change, it comes down to consciousness and awareness, which unfortunately it will take a few more hard bumps on our collective heads to materialize ... on scale of centuries or likely millennia
