The word tells us that in the last days things would get worse and worse. We can't be focused on making our nation better again and looking for that, but to share the true word of God to the lost both in and out of the church. Salvation is the important desire for us to have for these last days.

Amen, BUT people have always had reason to believe that Jesus could come to rapture the church at any time, and then the last 7 years commence, so... if everyone had never taken any stands against tyranny or for freedom etc. we never would have had many of the blessings under which we've been safe, free and able to print Bibles and have radio programs etc. available everywhere, easily and readily, for everyone. I'm not denying God can and does work in other ways in harder times, or that the church grows and thrives in such adversity, BUT I also know that we should "occupy til He comes" which can incl. stepping up and doing our duty in our communities and nations, and in the US in particular, WE are or were supposed to be, the government. Therefore, we HAVE to act accordingly, be stewards of our inheritance of that. It's actually our job, we don't have a (an earthly) king to handle all that while just go about our own lives and smaller jurisdictions, exclusively. WE and our local Sheriffs are actually the ones who are supposed to be upholding our righteous law & order, the constitution and our founding principles. So, as I was raised to just do what you're saying, I get it, and I don't know myself often where and how to draw the line, live this out exactly in my daily life, so I just encourage us all to be prayerfully being the best stewards as we can be, while prioritizing our own walk with God and sharing the gospel with others, but not neglecting any other calling God has for us, in the vague and general, or specific and personal.

To the church family and children of God, I have been a backslidin christian for a while, and I'm tired of running from our savior. I'm confessing to you family, I pray for forgiveness from you and our Lord. I humbly ask y'all for prayers for me to listen and be obedient to the word of God, and it's very hard for me to ask you for prayer , maybe because I let pride stand in the way. I thank the Holy Spirit for giving me the conviction to ask you for prayer, which is being obedient. I'm grateful for all of my Jesus family and for the love and patience that He has for us. The way of the flesh enters by the flesh. Eyes, Ears, Touch, Taste, Smell. Beware what you listen to , Watch, because it effects what you think, feel, want. You may think it doesn't affect you but it is small and unnoticed until it comes out. subtle, like grains of sand that add up to a mountain in your life. Sin will have an association with it also like a smell, or sound even a taste can remind you of something and bring temptation back. know your adversary, it's not one another, its the devil. He's our enemy. His only mission is to destroy us and lead us away from the Father. Be aware and don't battle flesh with flesh, battle everything with the Holy Spirit of Truth. You know right from wrong it's time to be an example and stop watching netflix(even just looking at pictures triggers spiritual attacks) cut down "friends on social networks and don't let your children alone with their devices.. its called the Net, Web and Line for a reason. Peace.
