I just received my unit today. I read the book back to front. I was one of those who started to Google whether I could shock and electricute myself. I have had Tens therapy at PT too but I still got so nervous with an at home gadget. Thank you so much for your well informed video! You have such a fun demeanor, this put me at ease!! Very informative 👏 👌

One of my cons for this unit is that there are so many settings and there is no way to know what pattern each one generates. It's just a hit-and miss sort of thing. Also, when moving between the settings, the intensity always reverts down to 0, so if you are trying to find the best setting for you, you have to keep increasing the intensity and you can't just hold down the button, you have to click on the + button multiple times. It's a pain in the butt to figure out what the settings should be.

Don’t be scared! It’s great with nerve pain! My husband likes a lot of power. I like just a touch. So go slow until you feel what you want to feel. My only caution is to NOT remove the pads while the current is flowing or you will get a mild shock (as intended). I unknowingly tried to adjust a pad and found out the hard way.

Thank you for the video. We brought one of this to Brazil and we are almost there. The one question I need help with: is it normal to have short interruption during the impulses? It seems to briefly stop and restart a second later. We use another type in the doctor, and it is 100% continuous.

Hi, can you use this on your lower back and neck at the same time? Mine arrived in the post a couple of days ago, but I have only figured out how to do one area. I put 2 of the smaller pads on my lower back for sciatica, but being a permanent wheelchair I get regular shoulder/neck pain, so I put one of the longer pads across my shoulder blades, but I am still only feeling it on my lower back. Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

Just a Warning: I found this out the hard way. If it comes unplugged from the device while it's on your skin (say due to moving) DO NOT plug it back in until you turn it off. It will shock the crap out of you if you plug it back in while it's on and attached to your skin.
@Allthingsfadra2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing. I ALSO found out the hard way that if you want to move one of the pads on your skin (say, to adjust the positioning) you want to turn it off. That goo on the pads is conducting electricity and you will get shocked! It was my own stupid fault but I won’t make that mistake twice!
@SurahmanDuang2 жыл бұрын
Hi there, Please answer my question. Do you feel it just like an electricity or is it like a massage? Because I was getting therapy in a hospital and it's like a thumb pushing your back, spinning around, going up and down and I really impressed with that. I feel like a ghost massaging me. Haha But before that, I also had a therapy in another hospital but it's only like some electricity in my body. Thanks
@Allthingsfadra2 жыл бұрын
It does not feel like a massage at all. I wish I could find something to recreate a true massage! This feels like a small electrical pulse. It’s a weird, hard to describe feeling. I keep it at a low setting but my husband cranks it up! It’s really helps for problematic muscles.

@Allthingsfadra2 жыл бұрын
I’ve recently started seeing a chiropractor again and it’s helped. I think the first thing is to figure out the cause of the tension (is it postural? is it physical?) But I found that it is helpful for specific pain like when I get a nerve punch in my upper back. And it also helps with general shoulder tension.

I have people tell me such units can help with insomnia. Has anyone had this experience, and, if so, how and what body locations have this effect?
@Allthingsfadra2 жыл бұрын
I haven’t tried it but I would imagine it could have an effect. I would look up insomnia and acupressure or acupuncture. Once you find the right areas, I would try the TENS unit in those locations.
@christopherw22332 жыл бұрын
I have insomnia usually have to take melatonin or something to help me sleep last night I used my TENS unit on different areas of my body especially the ones that you apply the most pressure to while sleeping I slept great surprisingly. They definitely relax your muscles and I've heard that the electronic pulses cause you to release endorphins.

Directly from the product description: "4 Channel (A1, A2, B1, B2). Compared to dual channel TENS Unit, it allows you to apply up to 8 pads at the same time with the 4 outputs for much efficient pain relief. The independent A/B channel can work in different modes and different levels of intensities (e.g. you can select mode 7 with 3 intensity for your shoulders in channel A1 and A2, while in channel B1 and B2, this TENS machine can work as a back pain relief products in P3 with a much stronger intensity."
