Can this device be used an extension of storage of my iPad. For example, can the Files app see this device and can I drag files into this device from within the Files app and open files on the iPad from this device.

This cube sucks! I bought it and bought a 1TB SD card. It keep giving me the message that the SD card didn't match the device storage and wouldn't backup. Total piece of trash.
