Glad to see you doing this again. This time there are enough body lines to identify the truck. It would be easy if the grille were still there. But by the bed, fenders, cab and especially the dashboard, I am fairly certain this is a 35/36 Ford. Love your videos.

Glad you're back to finding old cars/trucks! The first old pickup looks like about a 35-37 Ford. The second car that was cut into pieces looks to be parts of a VW Beetle, like 60's-70's. Thanks for taking us along! Good times! Glad to see Joel is back too.

I have a 36 Ford truck & I can tell you for certain that he found a 35-37 Ford. The grill will vary slightly from year to year & with the grill missing, it’s hard to tell… but that cowl, firewall dash & rear window certainly nail it within the 35-36 Ford model years. Somebody took the grill & the tailgate, probably for souvenirs.

My dad & I dragged a 1925 Maxwell out of the mountains & we built a “T-Bucket” with a 1954 241 Dodge Hemi & and old granny 4 speed… it was in a lot worse shape than that Ford.

I live at the bottom of that road. There used to be a bunch more cars and trucks down there but they have been pulled out. The old Rocketdyne Santa Susana Field Lab is at the top of that road where they use to test rockets and the park up there is Sage Ranch Park. That road you were on is super steep and sketchy.

Guys I was in the hills south of north hills all the way at the top years ago! On the other side of the mountains is Simi Valley. Down in the canyons are old cars ! When I was in high school back then. I don’t know any way to get to them unless there’s a secret road to get to them? I also heard back in those mountains there’s supposed to be a ghost town? Between those canyons!

Tell you what,if I found that truck like you just did,I’d come back with my wrenches and cordless grinder with every battery topped off,and a large pressurized water fire extinguisher(just in case)and that unit would be in my garage within 2-3 days.one more week,an engine,a 9 inch and big smiles…..

I’d have a friend pull this truck 🛻 🆙 out of here. It will just rust the rest of the way into the ground if ya don’t. Even if it doesn’t get restored, it would work very well on 🔝 of your storage units. It could even be used as a sign 🪧 to display the name of your business 👩💼. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 and a very safe and Happy 😊 New Year. Your friend, Jeff.

@@reverserockettv007I think 🤔 this truck 🛻 was from the very early 1950’s. 1953 is my guess. It’s unclear if this truck 🛻 has burned 🔥, but because I didn’t see any tires 🛞 left on the rims, I assume it did. It also appears that this truck 🛻 didn’t take on much damage. Your friend, Jeff.
