Wow 77! He seems very happy and seems he takes care of himself because he can talk okay and you can understand him. Also he has a great healthy body for his age besides the lump. My grandpa turned 74 today and he is very hard to understand when he talks and he has bad hearing, he isn’t the healthiest either, he smokes a lot and eats frozen meals for most of his days. I pray for him and I just can’t believe that this man has such a good sense of humor with this lifestyle!

i had a lipoma this size on my back but the whole thing had spread deep up under my scapula and fused to my rib cage. it was scarred and tethered up in there and my torso bruised and swoll dark purple for weeks. wish mine popped out like this!

Too many people end up with growing cysts or lipomas because insurance companies too often classify the removals as cosmetic procedures. They don't care how much lives are impacted. I have a lipoma on my wrist but Medicare won't pay for its removal until it hits the carpal tunnel and adversely affects my hand. Now it would be minor surgery but I can't get it done. My left hand has done well recovering from a paralyzing stroke but has no fine motor skills.

All she did was cut his skin. Nothing else. Shes barely doing surgery! I went to the ER with my little finger laid open all the way to the bone. Cut it washing glasses. My hand was too big. Took 28 stitches. That was more complicated than this and it was done with a local. And the doctor was roaring drunk!
