@@alyniure Ok here are some. Hypocrisy: As you pointed out yourself, you wanted to hold back on the drama mongering and proceed to make a "few exceptions" which turns out is half the placements on the list. Misinformation: SBC has probably been one of the first discords to make the switch to running all endgame dungeons around the time O3 came out. Thats 2 years ago and you claiming they only run lost halls is wrong and shows you didnt even look at the discord properly or realise it was on the O3 list right under dungeoneer that you showed the discord list. Contradiction and Nepotism: You say Max Eff has a lot of nepotism which you dont like and then claim many on the staff list are incompetent. Then you list the 2 owners (who you know, might be responsible for the "nepotism" since they run the place) and all your "friends" as good, so you like nepotism after all? I could pick apart more but these are the some of the most glaring issues with the video aside from your stance on cheating which others have already pointed out.

I really don't get the notion of why you think parsing cheaters is cringe. The state of the game becomes worse because of cheaters with duping or micro dodging and BECAUSE this is a single player game, the feeling of contribution and advancements that you get in the game becomes less because of this cheatflation that is going around. In my opinion without cheaters the game would become much more organic, feel much more impactful and would keep people engaged and playing for much longer than usual

without cheating the game wouldnt exist, DECA knows this deep down and its why they do nothing and you will probably never see them do so. With the "pay to play" design deca has setup for backpacks, clovers etc it leaves the majority of prod players not popping keys and playing way more conservative. (Big whales excluded), and thats probably the smaller issue. Majority of cheaters carry the runs and you can quickly identify with prod players how little dps they tend to do. I mean if you watch Miagis or Ynwa play they dont even actually shoot or contribute anything they just leech away from the boss hoping to clip some new player so they get banned and quit the game (killing the game further), you ban cheaters you lose dps, cult rush and the people who buy keys (small examples). Cheating does not impact an indiviual (except ipcon ofc), using the excuse that other people getting loot your not is just down right hilarious, there are plenty of end game valuable items that is SOULBOUND. Your point about it being organic might be true but it certainly wont keep the player base around. A cheater will always be more hooked to the game because they dont die and quit for months and its extremely evident. If you want an actual fix? DECA needs to fix the game first, making prod play actually feel viable, making it actually worth playing the game on prod i mean they literally ruined o3s because how easy it is but if you remove cheaters its going to become a nightmare instantly and deca will have to spend more time fixing the already messed up dungeon they ruined. Another great example is SBC, where is SBC now? its dead i mean maxeff literally outlived SBC even though its been hated on and targeted for years while SBC got so much backing and died because all the prod players from it quit or took too long of breaks to keep the server alive. Once deca fixes their game, then the idea of removing cheats would be ideal. Dont blame cheaters for killing the game when its DECA themselves being greedy and not putting in enough effort.

@@beattoteck2553 I think you do bring up some valuable points but I also do think some things you say are copium and I don't mean that offensively in the slightest. Cheaters are playing the game in a way that isn't supposed to be played and that ruins the game, no arguing that. And if there is a way to play the game viably as a cheater it means that DECA is at fault for designing it around the cheaters. If they built the game around players who don't cheat and make it possible for non-cheaters then the game would become good etc, like what is happening with the realm refresh. Viable and enjoyable for non-cheaters. I agree that alot of the game is stale and not-playable like regular realm clearing and more but I also think that giving in to cheats and allowing the excuse that the game isn't fun and therefore I must cheat is just a weak hearted excuse and stupid. If you don't like the game to the point you want to cheat...THEN DONT PLAY and wait until DECA fixes the game for you to enjoy it again.

SBC is the Better Version of MaxEff, fully against hackers. Hacks does affect the game, not for "Raid Pilled" people (Players who only do Discord Rins), but for *real* gamers it's a massive issue

Up to you, you can always reach out on Disc or reddit I'm an easy person to find there. The two things I can think of are negative impact on economy and making the game too easy since difficult dungeons get cleared faster and easier with autoaim 4/4 people.

I agree with your sentiment that hackers impact the game, and I would say that sbc taking action against hackers is not a mark against them as a server. I think people often have negative perception of sbc purely because they don't like the idea of anti-hack at all, and I think that's not a good reason in the absence of other factors. The more valid criticism of sbc is that the application of their values is flawed, and that their staff can be biased in service of what they might believe is in the spirit of the values of the server but ultimately amounts to them doubling down on falsehoods. I have detailed my personal experience with SBC from several years ago in a document I previously released - SBC: Corrupt, or Incompetent - docs.google.com/document/d/1IvX5yNLVdNaAxyTWO5UU7PUhvN6avuE-dLXxGDBe0UE/edit . I feel that I was maligned by the server in their treatment of me as detailed within the document. I don't view sbc as a sincerely anti-hacker server. I view them as a server that postures optically as an anti-hacker server. I think a sincere anti-hack advocate is one who is responsible and makes sure they are correct. From my personal experience detailed in the document including message logs with several sbc staff from the time, it is my view that the server did not act responsibly in their anti-hack efforts. In conversations with sbc staff they had repeatedly made assertions in relation to me which were false. After the release of my document an SBC staff member said the following to me in later communications about why they are keeping me banned: "The reason we are keeping you banned is because we dont want you in our server. It has nothing to do with Kicked anymore, nor with possible shaitans or other dungeon abuse. Ethics have nothing to do with it. I dont believe it is morally unjust to exclude someone because you dislike them" I think this reflects poorly on their server, it was my impression that whoever were the people involved in the decision against me at the time were relying on certain beliefs about me that were completely untrue, and, I believe, that if not for that, a reasonable group of people would not have possibly come to their decision relating to me, and doubled down on it so much regardless of how much contrary information they received. The entire circumstances by which people in their server ended up not liking me (if that is even their sincere reasoning and not just an excuse to shut down the conversation and dodge accountability for false reasoning they can't substantiate), is a direct result of their server making false claims about me to justify a ban against me. The original origin of the ban was as a result of a guild blacklist, but after I was no longer in the guild they made a litany of false claims to change it to a specific ban against me. The only thing they could say fairly was that I was ultimately unable to take action against the hackers in my guild (I was the third Founder) at the time, but I was not in charge of the decision making process, and did what I could to advocate for action to be taken at the time but was not successful. It is my view that if they had been able to be sure about the truth of the situation that they wouldn't have kept me banned. It is an insult to me that their server has players that are former hackers (which they have allowed into the server with knowledge of that history) while they will mistreat me as severely as they did; a player who has never hacked at any point ever. I had been trying to resolve and understand this servers treatment of me for around 2 years with multiple sbc staff before I released my document. It is my view that I had exhausted my options in seeking a resolution and that at that point I needed to make the information public to prevent their staff from maligning me behind the scenes or within the community. I still hope they will resolve things with me someday and admit to how unfairly their staff treated me.
