@@shweta9960 After the latest update I have no yet experienced it. So, maybe it was a software problem and is fixed now. But, if you are thinking of buying it, better options might be Redmi Note 8 or 9; I purchased Redmi Note 8 two months back only and it's working fine. And also after using Realme 7 for almost 2 weeks now, I can say that Redmi Note 8 feels better. (You can also consider POCO X2). Btw all these smartphones upto Re.20k are almost same , if you can extend your budget, maybe go for vivo v-series (not recommended for extreme gaming but camera, music and overall performance and also looks are really awesome) or OnePlus Nord.

I've been using Realme 7 for the past 6 days, and I'm facing the same issues as well - refresh rate drops A LOT. Kabhi kabhi to sachme DIMAG KHARAB kr deta h. And ghost touch - mjhe bhi yeh dekhne ko mila h - uske baad phone freeze ho jata h, fir lock and unlock krne se thik ho jata h. Hope these issues can be fixed with a software update.
