The only reason i would want to buy it above other watches is O2 sensor. No one talks about its accuracy. Can you check the same against a pulseoximeter and confirm the accuracy.

"Show messages only when screen is off" must be OFF ( from realme link, notifations tab) then all the apps that you want to receive notifications from phone and watch must all be ON
