Sirjee, can you check whether spo2 and heart rate by keeping it on a book or something else, should it give reading or give error? It gives readings even when tested on a pillow.

Judging by the price its probably an IPS display. Would have been a straight up insane device if they used Amoled and maybe bump the price by another 500. Maybe they could release a pro variant with all metal build and Amoled. Fingers crossed.
