I would take land anytime over a house like this. I'm from Oakville and these builds have been built everywhere throughout Oakville. Older neighbourhoods with small homes but large enough lots to accomodate these larger homes. Does not look proportionate.

What do you mean it's a nice house in a wrong location, I think it's about time to progressively offer more contemporary housing in areas that have aged housing. I think this community should be offered to buyers looking to rebuild and have something a bit more upmarket than many of the current offerings in the municipality or community.

How selfish, this house was built with absolutely no consideration for their neighbors or neighborhood. It sticks out like a sore thumb and overpowers everything. A much more suitable and lovely home could have been built without destroying the quality of their neighbors lives. These fake mansions should be outlawed in established neighborhoods.

Sagisli agreed, that’s why this house has been sitting for a while. Properties like these are horrible investments.... not the right place to put this monstrosity on a small street. In my opinion you have to be crazy to spend over $2,500,000 on this house, and still it would take a crazy buyer to purchase it. The house is beautiful but a very hard sell.
