We took a high air balloon flight which flew over Konopiste which was magical.

RPG! It is always a treat when we get two RPGs in one video. As usual, the places you show us are beautiful, and you do a great job of showing us the most interesting things of each place. I hope you don't have deer trauma. 🤣

Crossing that road when you walk to Konopiště is quite dangerous. Its a main road from Prague to south and there is a lot of traffic.

This is so great. I looked up Czech castles and Chateau's and you can get some really great castles for 2x what the average house in America is sold for!! Plush a chateau comes with land. and in america you get a small back yard

😂😂😂 that’s the first time I’ve seen you panic, great video can’t wait for the follow up. You certainly have some beautiful castles😉

The Konopiště chateau hosts a fantastic collection of historic weapons and armors, dated from renaissance to the end of the 19th century. And if you like water chateaus, I can recommend the Kratochvíle chateau near Netolice, South Bohemia. Kratochvíle means Pastime and actually it's a private piece of paradise for the renaissance nobility, separated from the world by water moat.

I visited quite some Czech castle over all my live, but Blatná and Žleby were unknown to me yet. Thank you, have some new destination for a next trip again.

Many nice memories in Blatna. Should have shown the room with all the vicious baby seal heads. Was just at Konopiste the other day. Zleby was one I stumbled upon on a bike ride a few years ago. All are nice. Still need to see Cervena Lhota. What do you recommend as the best way to get there?
@renatabednarova8296Ай бұрын
Great tips! I would also suggest Střekov castle - well, ruins....

You should come to our village Kytlice in North Bohemia and do a video. Lots of deer and wild boar in our garden. And lovely people and hospitality.

Princess Sophie of Hohenberg (Ferdinand and Sophie's daughter) was born at Konopiště. She passed away in 1990 in Austria. Her brother Ernst was also born there though he died at age 49. When I was at Konopiště, there was a full length portrait of the Duchess. I could see why Franz was smitten with her in spite of the royal family.

There is also elk in Czechia. Well they live in the wilderness away from the cities. Czech Republic has many nice towns, usually clean and cute compare to Prague.

There are wolves and bears too, just not in the cities. They stay in the mountains, mostly in the east.
