I don't need to be a lawyer to understand some basic English. Sublease is a simple grammar that should prick someone's subconsciousness. Compound word: sub+lease. What is sub? What is lease? If I see something like this, I already know that there's nothing like 'sales' and my high school grammar is enough to tell me something is not adding up.
