We've both been through middle school, so we both know how...testing some kids can be. It only takes one teacher who's having a REALLY bad day to have a kid make them snap, and that will lead to a massive backlash. We see this with cops that sometimes get trigger happy and gun people down because someone got nervous and made a sudden move. I am pro gun, but just looking at it from a logistical standpoint, it probably wouldn't work. Most school districts are massively underfunded and they sometimes don't even have enough money to buy up to date textbooks every year. So all of the training and buying a gun would have to come out of the teachers own pocket, and they are all ready underpaid. That being said, I have no idea whatsoever on how to deal with school shootings. Maybe raise the age to buy any gun to 21, but that would only solve a niche case because they can always use someone else's gun, but it's at least an idea.

See THIS STATEMENT displays part of the PROBLEM. Lets me explain. Here in America because of VARIOUS racist, capitalist agendas, YOU/WE, DONT KNOW AMERICAN HISTORY. We get the whitewashed, revisionist version. Coming to what you see spealing before you is a "black man" talkijg about the 2nd Amendment and how his "ancestors" blah blah blah. Look, it needs to be understood that ALOT of the people you see (speaking for the "black" community) are NOT CONNECTED to the history, legacy, or lineage of the circumstances in which you referrenced with the whole "ancestors" thing. What do I mean? Colin Noir, Candace Owens, Joy Reid, Barack Obama, Shelia Jackson Lee (and MANY MEMBERS OF THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS) the one guy from the reparations debate, Issa Raye (insecure) Cardi B, Nikki Minaj, Rhianna, Kamalah Harris etc etc these people are "black" but they are NOT the traditionally termed "African American) which should actually be known as American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS). It so it needs to be understood that when lots of these people speak, greater America (read white america) usually thinks these are African american people speaking in the sense of a group identity. Like "his ancestors", when in actuality, with him being 1st Gen American and hist family being from Nigeria, there is a STRONG possibility that his "ancestors" SOLD MY ANCESTORS into slavery. My ancestors, The non-immigrant descendant Enslaved Africans whose blood sweat, tears, labor, and wombs through which America was built, were the "ancestors" who were denied the rights. So it may sound crass, and pretty unpopular (especislly with liberal status quo) but just because we are black we are NOT the same. Which is one of the very reasons why all throught politics EVERYONE has an advocacy group that advocates SPECIFICALLY for them, EXCEPT BLACK AMERICANS, More specifically American Descendats of Slavery. Dont believe me? Research it for yourselves and you will see that I'm right. EVERYBODY thats black in the US falls into the "black" or African American, minorty, people of color, black and brown, etc" category but the actual black population that is tied to the history, legacy, lineage and building of the US is steadily being "recasted" by other "blacks". Who in MANY CASES shouldnt even be speaking "for" or as a "representative of" the "black community.

MAKING THE MANUFACTURER'S BUILDERS? OF THESE AR15 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF THEIR CHILDREN? AND THE GUN MAUFACTURES NEVER HELD THE GUNS!!! OR PULLED THE TRIGGER THE DAY THOSE CHILDREN WERE KILLED!!! THE GUN COMPANY'S ARE THE "SCAPEGOAT" WE ALL KNOW THIS. BUT WE NEED THE PARENT'S OF EACH AND EVERY CHILD TO CALL FOR IMMEDIATE (METAL DETECTORS) IN EACH AND EVERY SCHOOL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!! THAT'S THE ONLY WAY WE CAN WIN THIS DEMOCRATIC WAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST GUNS. THEY ARE TRYING TO DISARM ALL AMERICANS FOR THEIR NWO TAKEOVER. AND THESE PARENT'S NEED TO GET ON SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE TWITTER REDDIT FACEBOOK WHAT'SUP KZbin...etc... AND PROTEST RALLYS MAKE THEIR VOICES HEARD ON THE NEWS EVERYDAY. ONLY THE PARENT'S CAN SAVE THERE OWN CHILDREN. IF THEY JUST PEACEFUL PROTEST MARCH IN THE STREETS.... UNTIL WE GET THESE (METAL DETECTOR'S) IN EACH AND EVERY SCHOOL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY... THEY SAVE JUDGES LIVES EVERYDAY... AND PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORTS LIVES EVERYDAY.... IT'S SIMPLE COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!! DON'T ALLOW THE DEMOCRATS LIBERALS TO BRAINWASH YOU. PLEASE MENTION THIS TO ALL TOUR LOYAL LISTENERS FANS FRIENDS...etc... AND HAVE THEM PUT THE PRESSURE ON Joe Biden. Mitch McConnell. Joe Manchin...etc... And all of these other politicians that think it would be easier to get in bed with the Democrat's and just give in, Please Understand This is the road to the end of civilization as we know it... If they give in it's the road to the end of civilization here in America!!! We are being systematically stripped of all of our freedom's and Constitutional Rights, soon they will all be gone!!! We cannot allow this to happen! Please get out the word. The voters are the only ones that can stop this, it's an election year coming up. Thank you for all of your help and support with this Simple Life Saving Approach To Combating Guns Getting Into Our SCHOOLS. These Metal Detectors will keep the guns out. And our children SAFE... DON'T LET THE DEMOCRATS LIBERALS TELL YOU THE METAL DETECTORS ARE TO EXPLETIVE... ASK THE WHAT ARE OUR CHILDRENS LIVES ARE WORTH TO THEM??? ANSWER THAT QUESTION. President Biden? Nancy Pelosi? Chuck Schumer? Mitch McConnell? Joe Manchin?...etc... And all the rest of these Political WIND BAGS that are in it for their own agendas to wipe out guns instead of saving OUR Children's Lives!!! PARENT'S DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! FIGHT HARD FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! BRING THE FIGHT TO THE SENATE FLOOR IF NEED BE... GET YOUR 15 MINUTES OF FAME... SAVING THE LIVES OF YOUR CHILDREN. @radamson14 жыл бұрын
Most non-gun people are terrified of guns. They think teachers would need months of training just to keep from shooting themselves or some poor kid. They need to go to a range or with a friend and do some shooting under the eye of an experienced shoot with a small powered weapon like an AR. They need to go to a gun show and try and buy a gun. I guarantee the NRA would provide the guns and the training for teachers, free of charge.

Here is why it will never happen. All the multitudes of weak, touchy feely teachers, board members and education leaders are scared to death that if Teachers were allowed to be armed in todays youth society and the lack of respect the youth has for its teachers would see a time when a youth got up in a teachers face and drove that teacher to such anger that he/she pulled out the gun and shot the kid. This of course is the most extreme of scenario but I can promise you this has crossed every one of those in charges minds. They figure its not worth the risk of even one incident vs the benefits of being able to stop an active shooter. Because of this I fear arming teachers in schools will never happen.

Noir didn't at all address the background check question. He didn't give any reason to justify the NRA's change of position. Also, when talking about arming teachers, he completely overlooks the fact that almost 100% of armed teachers would never use their guns. That means hours and hours and hours spent in schools all over the country-every single day of the school year-with a loaded weapon around children. If even a small percentage of school staff were armed, there could easily be more shootings per year by those guns-through accidents or by having guns stolen by students-than by "normal" mass shootings. In other words, you'd been adding considerable risk to the lives of an enormous number of children on the one-in-a-million chance that you might save those children's lives from a different gun.

When there are twice as many White, non- Hispanic, families living in poverty than black. Funny thing is the food and housing programs that we were spoon fed until we became addicts, were designed to keep the black man out of the very household he seeks to support. It’s mighty difficult to keep black families together when the system has a 400 year head start. I’ll take my head out of my ass when the air I breathe no longer reeks of death, decay and deceit. Or others. When you signed up to be a teacher, you implicitly stated that you didn't want to fight or stand up against evil. And if a shooter ends up on your campus, remember that you're a teacher. You signed up for this so you didn't have to fight. And if that shooter enters your room, remember you're a teacher. You don't want a gun to fight back. That's not what you do, right? I'm a teacher and this line of argument infuriates me. The idea that parents will trust me to shape, mold, and prepare their youth for the real world, but automatically assume I am not fit to defend the lives of their children is mind-boggling. The assumption that, since I'm a teacher I do not want that responsibility is utterly absurd and even insulting. I would die for my students, but in a nightmare situation like an active shooter, I'd much rather have the option to kill another person to keep my students safe. Hands down, no contest.

Ross Duvall wrong, you become responsible for their education, their overall safety has to be provided by the school district itself, unless of course there’s a fist fight going on in the classroom. Teachers are there to teach, not to play cop or security guard.

@BrianBrayMedia2 жыл бұрын
Not really. I mean, he's articulate and intelligent, but his reasoning is still flawed. All the reasons he cites for needing guns still boil down to being able to protect himself from other people with guns. Remove guns from the equation and the problems largely disappear, as demonstrated in any civilized country in the world.
@dillionmaster01332 жыл бұрын
@@BrianBrayMedia but your reasoning is flawed. The government, assuming people wouldn't rebel, would first take the guns away from the good guys. Then it would be just as hard to take away guns from the bad guys as it was trying to take away all the drugs off the streets. Mexican cartels would start importing guns to gangs and it would be horrible. Now you can't defend yourself from the increase of crime.
@CramcrumBrewbringer2 жыл бұрын
@@BrianBrayMedia Are you also saying we should be removing guns from the government, and somehow keeping criminals from illegally obtaining them?
@icemanred2 жыл бұрын
@@CramcrumBrewbringer I think what Brian is saying is that in other civilized countries where they have very strict uniform regulations across their respective nations, that violence due to guns are very low compared to our country where there does not exists any strict uniform regulations across the entire nation. If illegal guns are prevalent, why don't these other civilized countries have a huge issue with gun deaths? I don't think he was proposing getting rid of ALL guns.
@CramcrumBrewbringer2 жыл бұрын
@@icemanred Don’t get me wrong, it would likely reduce gun deaths overall. But as seen in other countries, it doesn’t stop them, and there as significantly more knife attacks. We can also look at the inverse, where countries like Switzerland which are almost 100% armed has some of the lowest crime on the planet. That’s why I believe it’s a socioeconomic and mental health issue. Most importantly is the risk that comes with a gun ban a tyrannical government that can forcefully impose rules. We’ve seen it happen historically with Russia, China, and Germany, where the government first disarms its people, and then millions die without the chance to fight back.
