So we are gonna act like that "clump of cells" isn't half the man too? Biologically you need a sperm and an egg to have life. The man has the sperm and the woman has the eggs. But to say only women have a decision in this isn't fair. I thought men and women are equal but different??? But to say it's none of men's business. That is bullshit to believe men shouldn't have any say in the matter. The man's sperm is still half that baby/clump of cells. The baby wouldn't have even formed without the man's sperm and the woman's egg. Mathematically men should have a say over about 35% or 40% of abortion. Women get more of a percentage. Only because they are basically the baby's first apartment. So that means women would have 60% to 65% percent. That is about as fair as you can get. Women would still have the majority of making the decision. Everyone needs to remember that when a woman gets an abortion she is killing her kid and the man's kid as well. And now tell me that it's only a woman's decision. I perfectly understand that it's her body and life she is committing to. Let's just say if the roles were reversed. And suddenly women can shoot sperm and have a penis and men have eggs and a vagina. And the same laws and social norms are the same. Now how many women who are now men would want a say if half of themselves were being aborted. And that is how men feel about it but they are too scared or don't have enough balls to say so. Maybe ask the guy you had a baby with ultimately it's still the womens decision and it's her body but you can still say no to him. But women need to realize that they have both votes and the "Right" to kill her own baby. Men and women are both responsible for making the baby why can't we both have a right to kill it or to not kill it.

Trouble is a man can make the choice not to engage in unprotected sex, have sex outside of a committed relationship, etc. A woman can make same choices but once a baby has been conceived it grows within the woman. The question at that point is - does the woman have the right to end the conception? A life has started. The best people can do is make sure men are not irresponsible in this decision. That will help a woman with her decision making.

I'm 100% in favor of abortion, but your take on it seems a bit too extreme when referring to a stable couple. Nobody should force a woman to have a baby (or conversely abort when she wants to have it), but to say that the father has nothing to say is wrong. Same with cirmcumcision for a mother, if she wants the child to (or not to) be circumcised, doesn't she have a right to influence the outcome? These are decisions which both partners need to take together. In the case of abortion, of course the woman has the final saying.

I just don’t see anything new happening; everyone seems to be rehashing everything. Also, I think people are going out less because people don’t need to go to gay bars to hook up anymore. People also aren’t going out because you can have a life at home on the computer. It’s extremely depressing. I find it very uninspiring... but this is where it’s at.”

She's not wrong but it's a larger explanation than that, as a long time nightlife afficianado I can tell you. Lots of people also don't want to be in clubs where everyone has a camera and they can do whatever with your formerly private nightlife adventures. Then there's the problem of inflation and clubs being unable to afford the rent. It's a bigger sad story. I miss the 90s, now long ago.
