Could you please cover “The Walk,” a 55+ community in Clayton that’s walking distance from downtown? This is an adorable little community with wonderful amenities, a full time activity director, and really nice residents. And it’s not huge, so you get to know your neighbors. We’ve lived here a week and are in love. Got a lovely home for well under &500,000.

@@EllenPitts Sure! Keep in mind I’ve only lived here a week. Would you rather interview one of the residents who’s lived here longer? I could put you in touch with one of them. Considering how recently we moved here, I’ve already met quite a few.

Some of the areas you went through are actually part of Archer Lodge township. There's some really weird boundaries. :)

Great video that captures Clayton and its potential, thanks. There is a part of Clayton that gets very little love. Cleveland - An unincorporated community with Clayton and Garner addresses. Lots of expansion and commuter features; entrance on to Rt40 from Cleveland Rd, and a few miles west on Rt40 access to Rt540 expansion. Several established subdivisions w/large lots, brick homes and mature trees. (Broadmoor west, Broadmoor, Wellesley etc).

Love Clayton I Live in Stalling Mills apt Complex But I love going Downtown Clayton. We Live across from everything so handy if Anyone wants to find a great Apt Complex in Clayton Its Stalling Mills Right on Bus Hwy 70 Close to everything .
