How do you remove the plastic on the bumper once you remove it?

Will this fit if aftermarket riveted fender flares are installed? Or will it not fit due to the brush guard?

Presenter: You're going to need an 18mm wrench and ratchet, as well as a 3/4" wrench and socket. Step one: Use a 24mm socket and wrench.
