I think, for the most part, Realty income is currently safe… At worst, it’s share price may come down a bit; but that is a good thing.

Realty Income has never recovered from the pandemic. It has been a bad hold the last five years. Maybe lower interest rates will help, but... how much? Brick and mortar physical stores are under pressure as retail continues to move online. Even when things bottom out with this correction -- will there not be better investments for the ride up? For now, this is a "NO" for me.

Realty income is going to be okay yes Walgreens are closing but you don't have all the information I work in this industry Dollar General is not in trouble Dollar General is actually growing leaps and bounds they are actually buying all the Walgreens and CVS that are closing and converting them into DG markets Dollar General is no longer just a dollar store it is a grocery store DG market is up double digits in growth the last couple years the problem is when you read how about Dollar General it does not include DG market and yes family Dollar is also closing stores but they are they are combining them as a Dollar General Dollar tree store and they are not growing as quickly as Dollar General markets but they are still growing Walgreens is a bit in trouble but they will not go away they are only downsizing to become profitable I started serving Dollar General markets over 10 years ago I told everyone I knew that they were going to become grocery stores I was right so I believe realty income is going to be just fine
