@@RealWomenRealStories I think they may have meant the people telling their stories as UNFORTUNATELY as a survivor myself is quite unfortunate some people lie about these things, which imo makes them as bad as an abuser or worse, as they invalidate the community, give cover for abusers as they can create legal arguments based on "well so many lie for their own gain or attention etc" making the fight that much harder for real survivors and the mountain that much steeper. I pray you do your do diligence in researching to validate everything you promote. It is most vital and important that truth is upheld and the top priority else the entire well gets poisoned. My father once saw this on a flight home from Japan. The girl next to him said she was going to work as a waitress and make $4000 a month, and she had no idea who the contact names "Mister Wilson" was. She only had Yen with her and thought this "Wilson" was going to provide lodging. Fortunately the airport security wouldn't let her off the plane until she could verify where she was going.

This also happened in Vienna in 1999. One evening, we were in a tourist place with many bars (Schwedenplatz). A young girl (15-18 years old) asked us for directions. She didn't speak German or English. There was a boy standing next to us who came from the same country (eastern country), so he tried to help. The girl had been told that there were better job opportunities in Austria and that she could work in Vienna as a waitress. She was supposed to start working in a bar that evening. The name of the bar was written on a small piece of paper. Suddenly the boy was very concerned - he told us in German that it was not a bar but a brothel. However, he decided not to tell her this very important fact and just told her the way to the 'bar'. I had the horrible feeling that i had let this innocent girl down, when i watched her leave, but i was very shy at the time. Today, of course, I know that she was a victim of human trafficking. We could have prevented it but we all ignored it because it was inconvenient for us to warn her. It haunts me to this day.

If you see a girl dolled up looking like she's not comfortable with aggressive looking males. Record them or take a picture without drawing attention. Inform authorities. Immediately send the evidence to relatives who live long distance. Make sure you are not the only one in possession. Contact multiple authorities as soon as possible. If there is corruption in one branch it is likely isolated. So redundancy is your friend and it will act as evidence for a conviction. Most of these people are operating on false identities and they don't reveal their true name. So a picture will help to track them down.

Did not realize it at first, but when it felt very wrong- ( there were many of them, two of us), I managed to get us free. They tried to kill me in a car"accident", and lock me in a crawlspace under a house and take my young daughter. It is so difficult to say, the terror is still there inside of me, unprocessed. Unbelievably hard to hear it let alone living it 💔😢💔 May god save all those who are still shackled and still slaves to the devil industry, may god save all our girls and boys who are so innocent and trusting 🙏🙏🙏

We have to start believing people when they tell us our stories. We have to start looking out for one another, speaking out, pushing for a safety net. Everyone needs one, or we to start programs, houses, for women, girls, and boys to run to or to call. push for legislation for full prosecution of anyone involved.

Really? Is it forbidden to investigate, vet, have suspicion? Scams exist. We protect our bank accounts and other properties. We should be wary of unsubstantiated stories too.

It's already illegal, but Trump was the only one who tried to enforce the laws and stop human trafficking. But obviously the people who buy human slaves are rich and powerful, so they were able to brainwash a few million idiots into believing that it's racist to stop slavery.

I feel so honored to hear your story. Thank you so much for sharing this. God has great plans for you. I am so proud of you for your courage to fight back. These stories are heart wrenching, but I know it's only the tip of the iceberg, God is doing some "unearthing" in some of the filth that we become accustomed to looking the other way. God is a RIGHTEOUS judge and sees all even when we don't. May God bless and protect you and your family!!!

Thank you for your courage and powerful testimony. We are all human beings made in the image of God and are of infinite value. When a person dehumanizes another, they then rationalize their own brutality. We have a non-profit in the Bay Area, Bay Area Anti-Trafficking Coalition, that is fighting human trafficking.

It is such a horrible thing to know that one would pay 3000 USD which she presumably thought it was for paying a working agent but rather it was paying for a "pimp ring". It was also heartbreaking to know that the very person who withheld her was a "Mama-san" a female pimp. "I have faith that one day I will see the light and that I will see my daughter again"

The way things operate in China, the gov knows every move every person makes. Everything they do moment by moment is watched and recorded. Hopefully it's extremely difficult to traffic people in China. It's always the same, the actions of the wicked takes away the freedoms of all. America and the world will probably end up operating like China because of the crimes against humanity.

you are incredible, I am so glad you had your girl to keep you strong. change is happening now, you are a big part of it. thank you for being so brave, righteous, and well-spoken. you hit that perfect balance of explaining enough to take us there with you, but not so harsh that those who will never really know have to turn away. not too brutal for them, even though I'm sure you could have described it as it was. brutal. I'm glad your alive.
