Fun fact from the novel: Nanahoshi complains to Rudeus during the party about the noise he and Sylphie made a night while they're going at it, while she was depressed in the other room.

Couple of extra details: -Nanahoshi was actually hurting herself in her room. It wasn't only a tantrum. So the dagger was for her to "end it". -At the end, during the party, Nanahoshi starts singing anime songs in japanese (as most japanese she loves karaoke, no one understood her though). That's why the ending is actually a cover sung by Nanahoshi's voice actress. (The song is called Tsubasa by Under Graph)

Funny thing for readers is that Zanoba has seen plastic before. There's a short story by the author where he'd come across an odd statuette on a chain on his way to the university. Its design reminded me of Rudeus' work, but it was different. Neither he or the soldiers escorting him had the extra money, so he couldn't buy it off the merchant who'd found it on the side of the road. It was Nanahoshi's keychain.

Nanahoshi looks young because she doesn’t age physically after being sent here, she mentioned in part 1. She got sent here at 17 and has been here for 3ish, so she is 20-21 now mentally.

She's 16-17, by estimates and she's been in that world for six years. An easy measure is remembering she was deposited in the Teleportation Incident and that was a day or two after Rudeus' 10th birthday.

⁠@@TounushiTrue my math is off, she’d been there for 2 years when she first met Rudy with Orsted, but it’s been another 4-5 since then. So she’s mentally around 23 now

@@invisibleghost7415 if we use the time of Turning Pont 1 as indicator, thats the day after Rudy 10th birthday, Rudy when he gets to the academy is 15, and since he and nana started working together, its been around 1-2 years more, so she is in her mid 20s, but physically stuck as 16-17, as a side note, she does mention stuff for example how even her body doesnt change, her nails dont grow out, her hair neither does, and cant use mana at all

They said the creator of the doll passed away, its why his journal was there and the doll unfinished. He died in the house

The previous owner definitely died in the house, but I don't remember the creator of the doll dying in the house. I think he died getting Krispy Kreme.

Rudeus does know healing magic and has in fact learned up to Advanced in the university, as well as Intermediate with detoxification. It's just he can't do it without incantations, so he doesn't have the speed or control that Sylphie has.

I'm just gonna copy this off of MAL: Also, for some additional context, the rest of the group saw Rudy and the lot leaving for the bar and decided to join, with Nanahoshi's permission. Ariel decided to let Sylphie have the day off, so she went as well. Nanahoshi sang anime songs (but is very bad and off tone), which Badigadi referred to as something along the lines of strange tunes (he loved them). Rudy is also pretty drunk at the end and Sylphie actually does a Detoxification magic to sober them both up. Dunno why they would change that, but added that for extra context.

Also Nanahoshi complained to the couple how they carried on with the baby making while she was depressed in that room. Would be funny if Sylphie had decided to be extra loud during those nights.

That house according to a bunch of different factors combined from various chapters is like 200k USD(but he got it 50% off for 100k) I'll take a bit of previous tenants murder in my house if I could get a fuckin house like that for 100k

in a later chapter was something under 500 gold coins, IIRC. And that's around 350k $/€. I don't remember whether that was the estimated worth of the amount of money he'd used for it.

@@Tounushi He said it cost less than 1500 gold coins and he said a gold coin was 10,000 yen(vol 2). The upper limit of the house is 100k and he got a 50% discount that the anime skipped out on

@@bondsmatthew page 88, vol 18. I'd had it in memory that each of those 500AGC bags was worth more than his house. I'll have to check the WN for the equivalent spot. But yeah, LN did indeed have it at his house being worth less than 1500 Asuran gold coins, so upper limit being 150 million yen, or about a million $/€.
