REAP & DECOMPOSE are MARKING enemies PAINGORGER's GAUNTLETS gloves! this is new-to-me knowledge.

paingorger's gloves mark enemies by damaging enemies using a NON-BASIC SKILL... but even though REAP and DECOMPOSE are BASIC skills, because of shadowblight, these skills, after 10 hits, mark the enemies.
shadowblight is considered a CAST, even though its a passive. its considered a cast skill.. so okay wow. we might have some new technology coming up!
after 10 attacks, reap marks enemies permanently as long as you keep attacking. also, reap's AOE doesnt snowball the damage of paingorgers. no.. u only get the ECHO damage once.... yes it wouldve been insane if all the damage instances echoed...
minion damage, minion skills, minion blizzard, golem active, golem basic attack, all of these mentioned DO NOT MARK ENEMIES.
