Looks great Matt! Another upgrade I've been considering, and now that you have pioneered ahead...I may just invest in some rear disc brakes, I think I'll go for the extra "red" horsepower! 🤪

You forgot to hook up the brake lines & how to hook up the emergency brakes. Other than that, it was a great video. Thank you.

Thanks for the comment. All that will be coming on another video. I just wasn't ready for that yet.

Hello Matt. Nice looking brakes. You'll be able to do"Bat turns" when you get her going. Those axle shafts looked dry, you did put gear oil in, right? I remember you saying that you did. My wife didn't get the red vs black caliper reference. Lol George B

Hello George. You're right the axles were dry so I will be checking the oil level on it. Well I guess not veryone knows you get more horsepower from red calipers.. lol

I noticed wheels on those cribs.. can I ask if you still have the engine and trans in the car?

Hello sir, I have a '65 Tbird and I was wondering if the stock rims will clear the calipers in the back. are the new break pads a special size or how do you get a replacement pad?
@Exit45Restorations10 ай бұрын
The stock rims will not clear the calipers. It looks like you would need a 15 rim minimum. The pad replacement is from stock pads for several GM cars. So they should be readily available.
