I used FelPro BS 40713, good quality seal and comes with installation ring.

My 1.4 dart has a similar setup but no installation ring. Should I use a feeling gauge to shoe horn it on?

Not a bad idea, just be careful not to nick the seal with the feeler gauge.

Most of the times it comes with the rear main seal. Try FelPro

Rear main seal is on the engine for an oil leak, but once there it’s easy to replace the converter seal on the transmission

put sealer on flywheel bolts

Sealer is not required according to manufacturer, but thread lock is a good idea.

@@Motorcarnut I recommend that anytime the flywheel bolts go into the crankcase that sealer/locker be used. I have funny story about a Dodge dealer that replaced a late model engine 3 times for an oil leak and the source of the leak was those bolts. Dodge was not impressed.
