After creating and uploading over 200 unique videos we decided it is finally time to redo some old ones. Jiu-jitsu is evolving at an incredible rate, but so are we; our channel has grown, our video quality keeps on improving and so does our own jiu-jitsu. Every time I, as a coach, watch my old videos I feel kind of embarrassed. But that's the downside of putting something out there and having it stay the same.
