Thanks. I've been working on these Kadetts for twenty years. I did my fair share of knuckle skinning at the start. I just keep everything well wire brushed and use penetrating fluid obsessively. It feels slow but you save the time you'd be grunting and swearing then. I remember actually those bottom bolts on the dampers giving awful trouble before as you can't reach the threads on them in the beam, but mud can. It's important to work them out like you were tapping the thread and spray in lubricant each time you work them back.

Good question, I do about 2 or 3 hours at a time. I had to go back to the camera files and take the start and end times to work it out but I'll keep a record now. 14 hours so far but probably about the same amount of time editing on top of that.
